The scale features two controls to change the units and switch it on-off/zero the display. Designed with touch sensitive buttons, the platform only requires a light touch to operate and is easy to use.

Designed to display measurements in 10mm digits, you can choose from metric/imperial and Celsius/Fahrenheit units. The large LCD shows temperature readings very clearly on the ABS body and the stainless steel probe measures between 200°C and -20°C to help you get your dish to the perfect temperature.
